After the refurbishment decision was taken by the Capitol Shopping Center Board of Directors, which is sensitive to its visitors and leaseholders, concept project was prepared by Geoff Morrison, chairman of the architecture group of International Design. The biggest feature of the concept project was to create an enlightened and modern atmosphere in which the visitors would feel comfortable. The construction process was done by Capitol architecture group. Adherence to the soul of Capitol was our basic principal at this phase.

Having aimed to serve its visitors with culture and arts, Capitol Shopping and Entertainment Centre, brought the culture and art entertainment in the Capitol Shopping Center cooperating with Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts. MUFFA is the main sponsor and carries out spatial and virtual designs of the Capitol Shopping Center.
